Beltane is the time when the Green Man appears, Nature blossoms in full Spring, and when May Pole dances weave the masculine and feminine energies together.
Jumping over the Beltane bonfires kindles passion and fertility, while the Beltane ashes have protective powers.

WESAK Moon & SuperMoon Blessings, Dear Reader in the Astro ComMOONity!
This year’s first SuperMOON (She’s in Her orbit closer to Earth, hence appearing bigger & brighter than ‘usual’)is building up – feeling it? It’ll be the ‘Pink Moon’ of April, and in SCORPIO.
And: The astrological Wesak Moon of the Buddha.

What a time it’s been, since it all changed last Spring, and public & social, and physically close to one another turned into private and distant…!
Mentally-emotionally, it’s been intense for most of us for a whole year (imagine if that time frame had been pronounced / announced beforehand!), as we’ve been staying put and waiting (TAURUS), while processing (SCO) internally and inside – fear, sadness, loneliness, grief, anger, powerlessness…
So much emotional intensity acutely these days – culminating with the SCORPIO – TAURUS SuperMoon today MoOnday Apr 26 at 8:32 pm PDT (Apr 27 east of the Americas). She’s the first of 2 Super Full Moons this year (Apr 26 / 27, and May 26).
The tides are extra high NOW – in the oceans as in our emotions… Things come to a culmination and to fruition (think: Full Moon – Harvest Moon, Full Birthing Belly), to be transformed and released. Esp. emotionally, with a SuperMOON. And spiritually, after a Buddha Moon…
The external situation doesn’t seem to ease up at this point, rather: new layers are added, to be processed. Push-back (TAU) happens too. And as restriction rules & public / social protocols (SATURN in AQ) are layered on top of each other, in reflection / correspondingly, more shadow (SCO) is coming up too, from deeper sediments of institutionalized structures, from humanity’s historic conditioning, and our own (PLUTO in CAP – ruled by SATURN). Btw, when it comes to deep sediments – check out the Sabian Symbol for the SCO Full Moon (here-below).
YES, the evolutionary phenomenon of PLUTO in CAP (until 2023-24) is still working itself through the structures of established ’empires’.
Why is PLUTO relevant NOW?
PLUTO rules SCO – the energy of the SuperMoon. The FM energy can find an outlet via PLUTO, and vice versa. And:
PLUTO in CAP turns from direct-forward from Earth perspective (since last Oct) to retro, the DAY after (Americas) / of (elsewhere on Planet Earth) the SCO-TAU Full Moon – calling us:
Not to give power away / hide out with our Power / keep it hidden from ourselves. Regenerate, find empowered Soul Integrity from within, and walk with / in it.
‘The change’ seriously kicked in, in unprecedented global synchronization lock-down & war on virus, timely synch’ed since SATURN’s entry into AQ at Spring Equinox 2020. Fear (a SATURN phenomenon) has been big time pumped out via mainstream media, perhaps more contagious and damaging / separating than the virus itself.
Why is SATURN relevant NOW?
The upcoming Full MOON in SCO – TAU will be in wide fixed T-square with SATURNin AQ (building up to get stronger after the FM – for the MOON exact on the 27th, and for the SUN on May 3).
Plus a rare Yod (‘Finger of God’ / ‘Celestial Pointer’) points from CHIRON in AR and the North Node in GEM to the SuperMOON in SCO. As a ‘Green Kite’, it even extends to SUN / URANUS. You can see it in the FM chart – with description below. And I bet you feel it, as Humanity does.

The Wesak Moon is celebrated by the Buddhist World Sangha (community), honouring the birth, enlightenment, and passing of Gautama Siddhartha, the Buddha, who walked the Earth more than 2500 years ago, and set an example for the Living Buddha in all of us.
The Full Moon in May traditionally marks the Wesak Moon in Buddhist cultures, which falls this year on May 26, with the Solunar dynamic already in SAG – GEM.
In my view, the SCORPIO MOON – TAURUS SUN polarity (this year on Apr 26 / 27) aligns astrologically with the Wesak Moon themes, since this SoLunar polarity also connects with the essence of Buddhist teachings. Staying with what-IS, being calm (TAU) and conscious (SUN), and holding space for what’s going on deeply-emotionally (MOON) can bring us to the core (SCO) of the matter (TAU) and is being transformed (SCO) in this.
Sitting in the Heart Hub, in the Wheel of Life, saves the day and is the way / the pathless path.
PLUTO, the ruler of SCO, and pointer to core essence and Soul Power, supports us in this. PLUTO now end of CAP (with VIRGO undertone) prescribes: Simplicity and integrity carry us through, and bring us to our unshakable centre. Of course, it takes patience (TAU), practice (VIR) and a deep desire for change (SCO) – yet: without attachment.
An essential question in Buddhist teachings is: Why do we humans suffer, or are we even ‘just’ dissatisfied / discontent (‘dukkha’) in life? It’s simple and obvious – yet still, over and over revolutionary to see it this way (why do we forget?!): Because of our attachments to what we desire, and their frustration – not getting what we want, and not being able (or: willing!) to get rid of the unwanted and painful. Which is… very TAURUS – SCORPIO!
Whoaaa – is that ever intensely playing out in these Corona vexed times! Yet, there’s direction & Medicine in the cosmic symbolism too….
What a contrast! Taurean Life-as-Spring, enjoyment, physical / material pleasure, eating, embodying, gaining, growing, having… And Scorpionic pain, death, loss, grief and the whole spectrum of emotional depth – which, if it doesn’t crush us, can bring us to the essence of where real Power within sits, and change us on our evolutionary path, personally & collectively.
What does the Buddha say to this essential polarity in life?
As far as I understand the gist of the teachings… Firstly, there’s a difference between physical and emotional pain, and human suffering that comes from it. Suffering – even though it may feel so appropriate and legit – has to do with the attachment (which comes up in the ‘sticky’ fixed signs TAU – SCO, and AQ via SATURN) to the desire for what we want, and to the desire of getting rid of the unwanted and painful.
The Buddhists would suggest two ‘ways out’ of suffering:
To be aware that nothing really lasts forever, everything manifest is impermanent. This world of phenomena is in constant flux and change – we better get used to it, and become free from wanting it ‘our way’ through that realization.
Walking the ‘Middle Path’, a.k.a. the practice of the Noble 8-fold Path (right speech, right livelihood, right action, etc.) brings intrinsic happiness.
Awakening, and emBodying Freedom(URANUS, now also in TAU, 2018/19 – 2026 stirs it up!) is buddha-ful. URANUS is mega activated by the SUN in the Full Moon (the alignment is also building, and exact on Apr 30)! Bright – clear – conscious – liberated – alive energy.

Clearly the strongest all-year, only paralleled by the TAU New Moon on May 11 – already in transition to GEM.
Fixed, earthy TAURUS (ruled by VENUS)is all about embodiment, enjoyment of Life-on-Earth, sensuality, food, assimilation, and gathering value. A substance building energy.
Immersed in the realm of TAURUS, like in the full bloom of Spring, we celebrate the physical senses, comfort and pleasure, everything that creates security and grounding, and grows over time. Taurean energy takes roots, builds, cultivates, and conserves, like a gardener, farmer, and good custodian of the Earth. TAU likes to attract what’s pleasant, to experience it via the senses, to eat, assimilate, gather and accumulate, to settle and to claim ownership and territory. TAU slows down, after the fast and furious ARIES energy, and favours predictability and patience; therefore habits and routines are formed. Its orientation is very life affirming, yet can obviously lead to attachment to the known and comfortable, to the material and worldly plane in general, and to physical satisfaction, hoarding, and greed. TAU has a strong resistance to change and to pain.
Presently, there’s a LOT going on in TAURUS, via: The SUN, MERCURY (their union was on Apr 18, on the ‘Settling Point’ cusp from AR to TAU), VENUS, LILITH,(Oct 2020 – July 2021) and esp., long term: URANUS (2018 / 19 – 2026). What a TAUREAN energy field – polarized by the SCO SuperMoon!
Being calm, conscious, and creative – rather than just complacent and acquiescent, standing our ground & communicating common sense (without getting stubborn and attached to a mind-set) is a theme of SUN / MERCURY in TAU these Coronic times. No point getting stuck (TAU) in chronic Coronic fear (SATURN in AQ squaring TAU), and getting used to ‘new normed habits’ esp. new ‘normed normalized AI’ / transhumanism (SATURN in AQ). We Humans are organic, nature-ALL Earth Beings (TAU).
URANUSthe shaker-upper / waker-upper, now in TAURUS points to the disruption of our economy, of the comfortable, habitual consumer culture, and our organic ways of being in physical contact with each other.

TAURUS & the Heart Torus
I was wondering how the physical (TAU) tactile / sense free distance of “6 ft apart” (“or else 6 ft under” – ha, dark humour a la SCO) affects our auric / Heart Chakra energy exchanges.
This image from the Heart Math Institute shows the electromagnetic (URANUS) energy field of the Heart – extending as a ‘doughnut like’ Torus (not to be mixed up with TAURUS – but hey, maybe there IS a connection…). Let’s keep emitting Heart Energy!

SCORPIO (ruled by PLUTO) carries Transformation Medicine
The fixed deep water sign SCO (picture a lake or pond),in contrast to the ‘above ground’ Taurean world takes us to emotionally intense, uncomfortable, ‘ugly’ and painful places where the ‘muck’, and hidden, and often covered or repressed emotional material sits.
Just as the leaves rot and go under the earth in late Oct – late Nov, the Scorpionic energy takes us to the ‘grand mystery’ of the intangible, and to deeply affecting processes that have nowhere to go but down and through, so that the alchemical work can be performed.
SCO penetrates the underground / underworld / underbelly, which can be a painful process (TAU – SCO also represent the pleasure – pain, and life – death axis). This is where deep ‘down under’ transformational ‘digestion’ of what’s already dead needs to happen, be purged, and eliminated.
Our very ‘human humus’ and shadow can’t be just ‘gotten rid of,’ or ‘hidden away’. It’s here to be fully processed, so that it becomes a composting ‘fertilizer’ for renewal – the Alchemy of Life.
SCORPIO is for the MOON the most ‘challenging’ sign. While the MOON is considered ‘exalted’ in TAU, it’s trad. ‘in fall’ in SCO – here’s why: The MOON represents emotions, our instinctual mind (in a broad sense of body-mind, feeling-mind), and our needs and habits which by nature long for nourishment and sustenance.

TAURUS is the sign that provides such sustaining delivery and assimilation – intake through feeding and reliable presence… whereas SCOrepresents necessary detoxifying elimination, often through painful processes. That’s not what our Lunar side (representing also our Inner Child) is most comfortable with, to put it mildly.
Under a SCO MOON (whether we’re born with it, have it by astrological Progression for 2½ years every 29 years, or whether the MOON in SCO for 2½ days per month affects us), we’re instinctively sensitized towards the need to purge what’s toxic and outlived, what controls us, and doesn’t allow us to be free in a deeper sense.
The process calls us to go into the ‘mouth of the monster’ and through its bowels even, while our head and ego might severely protest and resist. A SCO MOON experience can lead us to thedeepest abyss of our inner worlds, yet is an opportunity to take us through it, and be regenerated and transformed through the process.
Not ‘comfortable’ or ‘easy’ but so spiritually rewarding.
The Full Moon in Fixed T-Square to SATURN in AQ – We the People!
As you see in the chart, the SCO MOON is not only in opposition to SUN / URANUS / VENUS / MERCURY / LILITH in TAU. Both sides, SUN / URANUS and the MOON form a T-square with SATURN in AQ– We the People. Our Humanity Matters.
Feeling confronted with evocative / provocative, emotionally challenging and unsettling news and perspectives for Humanity and our shared Future (have we ever been!)? That’s now fully highlighted, and ‘coming to fruition’ (FM / SuperMoon).
Do yourself a favour, slow down (TAU) and sit with what needs to be tended to and processed, on deep levels. No need to get stuck in the Dark. Dive into the Magic of Nature (SCO-TAU), and do physical-spiritual practice, like Qi Gong, Yoga, walks. Acknowledge how you come out transformed and re-grounded in your Earth Body. That fixed (the most challenging) T-square from the Full Moon to SATURN in mid (double) AQ shows: A lot of tension has built up, stored / ‘successfully’ controlled / repressed, yet comes out of psychological abysses, and is primed to find release.
Esp. via Solar activatedURANUS, in triple-square with SATURN in 2021, pushing for individuality, autonomy, freedom beyond regulative / enforced controls and restrictions, based onF.E.A.R. (SATURN in AQ).
SATURN in AQ has the ‘trail’ of PLUTO in its ruled sign CAP ‘behind’ it: The epochal revelation of shadows in / transformation of hierarchical / ‘Old Empire’ style leadership and societal structures. And the juxtaposition of the working wisely and respectfully, according to Natural Law, with cycles of Nature and Mother Earth vs. waste of time and resources and abuse / exploitation on all levels.
‘Let the Old Empire Expire’… … as I call the theme that’s been concentrated these years, since 2019 (with SATURN-PLUTO-South Node close together in CAP, culminated in 2020 with the SATURN–PLUTO conj., and triple conj. of JUPITER-PLUTO, and still processing until 2023/4 with PLUTO in CAP).
What’s your ‘old regime’ (as in: power / control themes) you’ve been part of / you’ve internalized, that’s expiring, and that you leave behind now?
Even though it might not look like YET: This crisis is a growth opportunity through massive purging of the Old and corrupt, and rebuilding from Integrity.
Rare Yod / Finger of God / Celestial Pointer to the SuperMoon & Green Kite FM
Can you see the 2 elongated green triangles in the FM chart, pointing from CHIRON in ARIES, and the North Node in GEM to the SCO MOON? A Yod is a rare configuration of 2 quincunxes pointing to an apex point. Aka ‘Finger of God’, Celestial Pointer. Yod is the Hebrew name for finger, and I learned in a synagogue tour that the golden bookmark in the Torah is also called Yod. Pointing to the Word of God.
Plus, the SUN-URANUS alignment (plus VENUS-MERCURY nearby) is in the midpoint between CHIRON & North Node, extending the Yod to a ‘Tetradic Yod’ aka ‘Green Kite’ (the Full Moon axis being the ‘spine’ of the kite) – even more super rare. The configuration is similar to the ‘star graphic’ to the left.
What’s the theme / message here?
Quincunxes (the green lines) have VIRGO and SCO associations, AND they point to the SCO SuperMoon! A fork in the road. The Y of a Yod can literally ask: “Why?” and “How does this… and this…go together?” A coordination, adjustment, and processing of what seems disparate.
The solution / outlet (apex of the Yod) comes from an unexpected, very sensitive focal point (here even: the SuperMoon in SCO)! Lower vibrational expression of it of it must be avoided, transmutation is needed (wow, oh-so SCO) for primed fated change to occur. Highest expression must be activated, as if pointing to / invoking divine intervention.
The Buddhist Wesak Moon practice too, calls for “sitting with and holding as much spiritual energy as possible” and “letting the Buddha bless the Sangha / spiritual community”.A golden opportunity.
A Yod is also like a ‘dowsing rod’, here even pointing to the SuperMoon on the apex, with CHIRON and the NN as ‘handles’. Using our authentic, direct, uncorrupted, almost child-like purity ‘Medicine’ (CHIRON in AR) and our curiosity, being on a learning quest, asking good questions, communication with others, and esp: spiritual inquiry (North Node in GEM) helps us with following the trail into the unknown, and coming to deeper layers / the heart of the matter (SCO MOON). Rather than being lost in the dark, getting a sense of the deep essential ground of Being, and living powerfully from there.
The apex planet (here: SuperMoon in SCO) is an alchemical agent, creating an entirely new way of Being ‘in it’ / with ‘it all’. The crisis is a Turning Point.
A Change in Consciousness is evoked. Which is also supported here (as ‘Green Kite’ extension) via SUN-URANUS! A creative breakthrough, an awakening. Buddha-full!

“TAURUS 7°: THE WOMAN OF SAMARIA AT THE ANCESTRAL WELL.
KEYNOTE:The meeting of the traditional past and of the creative spirit pointing to the future.
The symbol refers to a most important, but usually narrowly interpreted (or interpreted away!) episode of the Christ mythos. Early in his ministry, Jesus meets a Samaritan woman at an ancestral well. This woman belongs to a tribe despised by the Jews; moreover, she is unmarried and therefore on the fringe of even her own society. It is to just that kind of woman that Jesus reveals that he is the Messiah: “I am He,” a revelation that he apparently will not bestow even upon his disciples, at least not in words (Words in occultism are the creative factor).
What does this mean? Jesus, as the Avatar incorporating the Christ-Impulse, came to replace the old tribal order with a new order based on universal Love. It is not to representatives of, or even to men still attached to, the old order that Jesus could reveal his spiritual, evolutionary and society-transforming status; they had instead to reach a point where they could discover his avatar-ship – as did Peter just before the Transfiguration scene. But to the woman of Samaria – who, in her openness to love’s urgings, had already repudiated any narrow subservience to the old order – Jesus could reveal his function. The highest meets the lowest when this lowest is free from traditional bonds and open to love. The creative future descends first to that which has become chaos. An old order is never open to a new Revelation until it has accepted disorder in the name of that Power which subsumes all forms of order, i.e. Love.
In this second stage of the five-fold sequence, a contrasting element enters upon the scene. It is no longer a collective-cultural effort based on past knowledge — as in the preceding symbol — but a ‘meeting’ that introduces into the collective situation a totally new factor which transcends it. A NEW QUALITY OF BEING is revealed which renders the old patterns obsolete.”
What a powerful biblical theme with so many timeless and currently relevant metaphors! And also such an amazing reflection of the Yod / Green Kite themes! I even find Jesus’s pointing finger in the painting striking. In the darkest hours (SCO MOON) a revelation can occur that transcends (rather than wins / resolves) the conflict – and condition that made it possible. The Power of Love opens for a new way of Being.

I love this symbol. As it points not only to taking a deep dive exploration to what’s hiding under the socio-cultural and political-economic surface – a quest so many are on nowadays, provoked by the evolving situation and its question marks.
But equally if not more so, into one’s own inner depths and hidden abysses. Which indeed requires firm resolve and spiritual strength – symbolized by good breathing. The ‘gold’ of the depth realization that’s promised (yet never guaranteed – no attachment, says the Buddha!) can be powerful and transformational.

multiple energetic shifts this week, from the YANG of Fire / Air to the YIN of Earth / Water – even via the weather, having been so summery warm and bright via a rare high pressure ridge over our Island to low pressure setting in, 10 degrees temperature drop, and rain announced… We’re moving from thinking to feeling, via the Martian transition from GEM to CAN, and from action / activation / strive to settling, via the multiple ARIES to TAU shift, of VENUS, MERCURY, and the SUN (earlier this week).
Plus: The Full MOON (most challenging one of the year, via Lunar position in SCO) is building up, for MoOnday Apr 26, accentuating deep emotional processing and transformations. This ‘Buddha Full MOON’ will ‘birth’ MARS into CAN. Even though, MARS transits from / to CAN only start kicking in from May 11 on (the DAY of the TAU New Moon!).
Additionally, PLUTO, ruler of SCO, and last planetary body in CAP (after a Super-CAP year 2020) will turn from direct (since last Oct) to retro, on the day after, Apr 27: Not giving power away / hiding out with our Power / keeping it hidden from ourselves. Regenerating and finding empowered Soul Integrity from within.
Today’s the day – already feeling it? MARS entered CANCER, for some (prob. much needed) emotional stimulation and activation until mid-June. In its 2-year cycle, MARS was the last time in CANCER May / June 2019 (well, then the North Node was also in CANCER) – a phase when I was literally on an epic, and just-in-time journey to people and places I call home, wonderful memories were evoked, new ones made.
MARS isn’t per se / ‘usually’ so comfortable in CANCER.
Why is CANCER traditionally the least favoured sign for the Warrior Archetype (considered ‘in Fall’ there)?
And how can we best navigate with that energy?
MARS is natural in / rules straight-forwardARIES (where it was for a loooong time in 2020-21, June 27 – Jan 6, incl. its retro phase Sept 9 – Nov 13). That was a massive belligerent Warrior / activism / battling phase, esp. re: pandemic polarization, with an extra layer given the events in the U.S. MARS is exalted (extra strong) in CAP where the energy can express in consistent, persevering, accomplishment & goal oriented ways.

CANCER doesn’t move linear and up (like the CAP ‘mountain goat’) but rhythmic and cyclical, goes sideways, needs to backtrack, and sometimes naturally goes 2 steps forward, 1 step back (into the safe ‘shell’ to integrate the experiences emotionally), is always close to the water, sensitive and empathetic.
Plus: one’s motivation and energy (MARS) depend on moods and feelings. It’s the sign of Mother-Child after all, ruled by the MOON.
MARS in CANCER can bring up lots of memories, emotions with and in men, fathers, men in the family, men who feel like family…
So let’s be gentle with ourselves and others, and notice when we’d tend to take our feelings or unmet needs out on others (one of the lower vibes of MARS in CAN).
MARS in CAN has the potential for emotional conflict, and conflicts at home and with family – which may come up to clear the air, as an expression of an unhealthy lack of authenticity (to avoid ‘hurting their feelings’ or being ‘banned by the tribe’), a la MARS square CHIRON in (MARS ruled) ARIES (exact on June 11), and of having chronically repressed standing in one’s power, a la MARS opp. PLUTO in CAP (exact on June 5).
What can help turn it around?
Fiercely-actively tending to our feelings and needs first (before the next steps).
Turning to Family / approaching / initiating action in our Spirit Family / Spirit Tribe whom we can be authentic with.
Going into relationship with the Inner Shamanic Hero/ine (CHIRON in ARIES), and with the Elder and Spirit Elders (PLUTO in CAP).How would they show up, and what would they do here?
The 13 Indigenous Grandmothers – Reminding us of the Next Seven Generations…– well, in 2021 more than ever! We DO need to backtrack and remember (CAN), to move forward with / as Life and Vitality (MARS).

…being protective and standing up for our feelings and needs, our Family, the Human Family, and the Family of all Living Beings. It’s also a beautiful energy for Honouring the Fathers & Forefathers!
…remembering History, and standing up for not letting old battles, and power abusebe re-run / repeated (PLUTO retro in CAP), but rather going to the core of the matter where soulful transformation can happen.
And also, quite practically speaking: MARS in CANCER gives us also a boost to do physical activities like renovations and clearing in the home that benefit from a lot of energy and motivation.
MARS and the Transpersonals, PLUTO and NEPTUNE
So yes, homeward bound is MARS in CANCER.
Yet also unbound – since it’s also the energy of cutting the umbilical chord to what has kept us connected, and fed us emotionally in some ways – while it’s not a reality anymore, in the evolution of time (says PLUTO in CAP that MARS goes into opposition with on June 5).
We live in times of deep change, and what used to feel family-ar and gave us a sense of belonging might not be anymore – which can cause grief, or liberation, or the whole spectrum of emotions… Time to let go…. which can be hard, yet a gift in itself, says NEPTUNE in PISCES, in Water Trine with MARS on May 30, and very prominent in June, as it’s in slow-station, to go retro on June 25. Wisdom and clearing comes from letting go…
And NEPTUNE in PISCES may add: The energetic umbilical chord, in the Web of Life is always feeding us.

Both MARS in CAN and URANUS in TAU are in the Zodiac energies they’re ‘in Fall’ in (least easy & natural), as will be the upcoming Full MOON in SCO on Apr 26. Doesn’t mean (in old ‘black and white’ boxed thinking / conditioning), that’s a ‘bad’ / ‘evil’ thing / time. Rather: working with the archetypal energies in ‘unusual ways’.
Some (apparent) paradoxes for us here, as in:
Processing & purging (rather than assimilating / accumulating), and deeply feeling things through (even if it feels painful at first) is what we need – MOON in SCO.

About time to discuss the birth chart of Bill Gates – perhaps THE most controversial public figure of the Corona crisis, esp. through the BMG foundation and their vaccination agenda, and recently also re: food freedom. It’s been on my mind for a while to write about him astrologically, and since several befriended clients asked me recently, it was the impulse that got me going.
Famous people often express bigger-than-life Archetypes that reflect what’s going on in the Zeitgeist of the collective psyche.
When it comes to Bill Gates and the high level influencers he’s involved with (most obviously: WHO, WEF), the association with the corporate pharma-tech Plutocracy is quite obvious… Many people are concerned about an AQ dystopia of technological / technocratic surveillance and control threatening Humanity.
More Questions than Answers
That’s what Bill Gates is about, and what he provokes, lately more than ever. In accordance with that theme, I’d rather pose questions and offer info for possibilities of interpretations here-below, than make assumptions and give ready-made answers. To contribute to the discussion, by adding astrological puzzle pieces to the mystery of the man, and hopefully help with the shaping of a bigger / broader picture.

Bill Gates was born on 28 October 1955 in Seattle – apparently (“from memory” according to http://www.astro.com) at 10 pm. So the birth time is approximate, and AC might not be accurate.

Wow – it’s relatively rare (I’d say from prof. experience 1 in 200) for someone to be born without any Planet, nor Sun, Moon, AC, MC) in an EARTH Sign (or any of the 4 elements for that matter). What does that mean? Is he ‘not of this Earth’, an Alien? Is he very ungrounded, lacking common sense, and can’t he really relate to all things natural, of the Earth, body and health / wellness related, to what’s lasting and has value?
But hey, you may say, he’s one of the richest Bill-ionaires on Planet Earth, and a big player in the economy! AND he now also ranks as the top U.S. land ‘owner’ (242 000 acres). Plus, he’s ever so concerned about the health and wellness of humans, and in more economic opportunities, esp. of women, in the developing world?! Seems like the opposite of zero Earth?!
A lack of an astrological Element can show up as over-compensation… Astrological tradition says, no need to overly emphasize on that Element in this lifetime. But does he ever! Trying to re-invent and commodify / monetize what Nature, Life, and the Earth already organically provide.
He DOES have significant (fiery) Placements in all of his Earth Houses 2, 6, and 10, though:

The fiery placements in the Earth Houses (esp. JUPITER – PLUTO) remind me of the Magician / Wizard Archetype.
And its shadow of Power over Nature, rather than Being Of / As Nature.
JUPITER-PLUTO almost exactly conjunct in LEO
JUPITER / PLUTO (their alignment only occurs every 13 years, and it was exact just one week after his birth) in LEO in his 2nd House can be the signature of a Plutocrat, megalomaniac, massive narcissist – insatiably hungry for love & attention -, an eternal Child, or: of a super generous powerhouse, using wealth for good.
He certainly lives the most obvious aspects of JUPITER / PLUTO in LEO in his 2nd House, bringing massive, transformational creativity (obsession?) into the world via his gifts & privileges – and keeps on making a fortune via business opportunities.
For B.G., PLUTO is extra important, since it rules his SUN and VENUS / SATURN in SCORPIO. Wealth (JUPITER) has the power to transform (PLUTO), for better or worse, and to be a catalyst for him and those he ‘rules’ (LEO), one way or another.

There’s definitely a recurring theme here, of attraction-assimilation, based on / gathering more values (VENUS, 2nd), creativity, being a central player (LEO, 5th), and death-rebirth / transformation / power / control (PLUTO, SCO). And all of this in intense fixed (by sign and house) tension.
Not easily giving in, adapting, moving, rather holding and guarding. SATURN in SCO is also the last Planet in the LIBRA-SCO sequence.
Speaking of flexibility – his mutability score is super low also, and would be zero, if it wasn’t for his Nodal Axis and LILITH:
‘Wild’ LILITHend of SAG(Galactic Centre), close to his North Node
…on the cusp of his 6th House sits B.G.’s LILITH in SAG (ruled by JUPITER), suggesting a work / lifestyle of ultimate freedom, meaning, happiness and generosity – which can be deeply spiritual (Freedom & Happiness is our True Nature), or simply, in a lower level of evolution: Doing whatever he pleases / my way or the highway / “I know better.”
Close to LILITH is his ‘karmic’North Node in SAG, likely at the end of his 5th House (opp. his South Node in GEM). From the position in the House (well, dependent on his birth time), his NN isn’t strongly positioned, not very outwardly oriented – yet: close to the U.S. Ascendant (at 12° 12′ SAG) – he has an inner connection with the U.S. re: Pursuit of freedom & happiness, teaching & inspiring, making the world a better place, being generous, and intending the best for all (the bright sides of SAG).
Or: Having an agenda, being on a mission / crusade, campaigning, advertising, convincing, putting out propaganda, making false promises, more isn’t always better, righteousness, religious fervor & inquisition, creating a belief system (the shadows of SAG).
Presently (June 2020 – Dec 2021), the South Node is in SAG, heeding a warning of these old / karmic shadow sides of SAG. And we’ve seen ever so much division over contrary stories, beliefs, and agenda over the last year. What’s the truth and the path? Can’t be just ONE ‘right’ way. The North Node in GEM / South Node in SAG suggest to question the narrative, ask good questions, learn, discuss and dialogue.
Meaning for B.G.: Whatever he beliefs is right and true might be the path HE found but he shouldn’t impose it upon others / the population of the Earth! What does his Heart say? SAG – GEM is the Journey from the default head space to heart wisdom…
The ARIES MOON – likely the Ruler of his chart
…if his If his birth time is relatively accurate – born between approx. 8:15 – 10:15 pm – to the effect that his Rising Sign is CANCER (which I believe it is), is high UP on the MC / 10th House of his chart, and almost exactly (8°12′ / 8°15′) linked with ERIS.
The CANCER Rising makes sense to me – from the 1st impression (well, not easy to go back to it, since his image is SO imprinted in the collective consciousness now…) he seems like a ‘big boy’, nerdy (URANUS in his 1st House) – maybe even Momma’s boy, or dare I say: the ideal son-in-law? Let alone the cozy pink sweater theme… And Family background is important to him.
Mind you – what you see is not what you get, says the AC. His SUN is in SCO, and his MOON (ruler of his chart) high-UP on his MC point of ‘Public Relations’ / Career / Purpose, in ARIES, closely linked with ERIS.
Starting with the ARIES MOON high-up: Seems like Bill has been since his childhood inclined (‘default’ moods / modes, carried over from emotional early imprints via needs, esp. if unmet, are seen via the MOON) to be competitive, fast, ambitious, and eager to be ‘the first… (fill in the blanks)’, ahead of the game, and / or: to feel / need to be alone and by himself, a self starter / self caring in various ways. Maybe also reinforced by a mom who was a lot out in the world. He might have fought to get her attention, maybe through anger and fighting, through bravely asserting himself, venturing out on his own, rebelliousness, mischief, etc.
He’d be quite fierce and adamant, sometimes naively so, once he put his head (ARIES rules the head) to something HE wants. He’d have the tendency to pro-actively give impulses, initiate, he’d looove the thrill of newness, and even of conflict and controversy (of course even more so when ERIS is active – see below).
Later in life, he could have developed an impetus / purpose to leave his mark on the world, and create a reputation (MC), specifically: via supporting women, girls & children to ‘make it’ – not just survive but be self starters and pioneers.
The MOON in trad. Astrology also relates to The People, countries (vs. the SUN to rulers, kings). Looks like B.G. has the need to care for / support / rescue (early ARIES has also a ‘Survival’ energy) whole countries and The Peopleof the World. Which also ties into his NEPTUNE (end of LIBRA) – SUN (early SCO) theme that can be experienced as a Saviour / Messiah identity, or as devotion to selfless service. Yet: Who made the choices? What’s with agreements between rescuer and rescued one/s, or is it mostly a strategy or manipulation?
With the strong ARIES side in the ‘Public Relations’ field: No wonder he finds / puts himself in controversial / confrontational situations, yet, like an ‘energizer bunny’ keeps coming back into action, with always new ideas and impulses.
Esp. since 2019, as CHIRON entered ARIES, fully activated by the epic ARIES New Moon with CHIRON (and LILITH), on March 24, 2020 – signature of a ‘medical precedent’ / emergency, of a new life, where medical conditions / medicine itself, and warriors for autonomy ‘went rogue’ – the start of a ‘Brave New World'(?), however you may see it.
That’s where B.G. came in, in HIS new function (as perceived by the public, even though, there might be a deeper background, see his SCO SUN) as self proclaimed leader / sponsor in the medical / vaccine (so scorpionic!) field. When did CHIRON (in its 50-year cycle!) reach his MOON / ERIS? First in Spring / Summer 2020(!), esp. May, and Aug / Sept, again NOW – Spring 2021, esp. March, finally in Dec.
The LIBRA – ARIES Full Moon on March 28, 2021 came with an exact conjunction of the SUN-CHIRON-VENUS on B.G.’s MOON-ERIS while the MOON was very close to his MARS in LIBRA. No wonder he’s on hyper-drive, as a main front line (ARIES) figure of the medical emergency response scenario.
As you can see in his chart, MARS, the Ruler of ARIES, is right opposite his MOON, ‘in exile’ in LIBRA (trad. not well placed), andclose to MERCURY – showing B.G. can be a passionate advocate, aggressive negotiator, and / or: or highly contentious, stirring up battles and conflict where there could be peace & harmony.

Who / what / which Archetype is ERIS, and how does it show up now personally and societally?
ERIS,the most massive and second-largest dwarf planet known in the Solar System, was only discovered in 2005 (one of the reasons why PLUTO was demoted of its Planet status in 2006!), has an eccentric 561(!) year orbit around the SUN (more than twice as long as PLUTO), and has been almost the whole 20th and beginning of the 21st century in ARIES!
Even if you have ‘nothing in ARIES’ you do: ERIS (that’s another – personal – story, showing how you respond to / with that Archetype!)
The unevolved role of the ERIS Archetype – the Greek goddess of discord and strife is seeding separation – which we’ve seen a LOT lately in humanity. “She stirs up jealousy and envy to cause fighting and anger among men. At the wedding of Peleus and Thetis, all the gods were invited with the exception of Eris, and, enraged at her exclusion, she spitefully caused a quarrel among the goddesses that led to the Trojan War.”
Here’s where ERIS can evolve, according to Doug Walker in this excellent ERIS intro article: “If the ERIS Archetype is developed fully, humanity may never have to experience war again. The feminine ERIS will balance the aggression of MARS. A well developed ERIS Archetype could banish all war. The ancient prophesy of swords turned into plowshares could be realized.”
Hmmm – wouldn’t that be great, in B.G.’s case, and also for his buddy, WEF’s Klaus Schwab, who was born with ERIS-SATURN-SUN-VENUS-MERCURY, all in ARIES (on the spectrum of trailblazer to overlord of discord).
With the MOON-ERIS combo, does B.G. have an emotional inclination to respond to / thrive on / project / seed competition / conflict / battles, and strive / discord? Maybe rooted in his childhood?

B.G.’s URANUS – CHIRON opposition on his AC – DC ‘Encounter Axis’ (AC: Self, DC: Significant Others) stands out per se, and even more striking as it’s the base of the T-square configuration, pointing to NEPTUNE-SUN!

A projection of / seeking alliances and relationships with ‘Wounded Healers & Teachers’? B.G. surrounds himself with / is involved in high level (CAP) groups / circles / systems (AQ), esp. in the medical-scientific-academic world. Yet, there’s a wound.
CHIRON is a shamanic Archetype. What’s the wound healing that’s happening to B.G. as to Humanity via his impact?
Is he, and are his peers, really ‘prescribing’ remedies based on what they’ve gone through themselves / know first hand?
Doctor, take your own medicine / teacher, follow your own teaching, are themes for CHIRON.
How does he relate to / as ‘regular people’ on a same level of humanity, or does he ‘live in the abstract, tech / systems cloud’ (AQ)?!

Players like B.G. trigger the CAP-AQ ‘Wound’ – isolation in a cold world / in a system that doesn’t care. Involvement in social networks, groups and with friends helps heal it.
Presently, CHIRON is in ARIES (2019 – 26) – close to B.G.’s MOON-ERIS – rather than being in survival mode / a battle field, it’s time to bravely show up for ourselves and for life, in this brand new scenario. And to heal early wounds in the process.

Emblematic figures like B.G. show up in this transition time.
He embodies the PI theme, via NEPTUNE-SUN, and also the AQ theme, via CHIRON in AQ, opposite URANUS, ruler of AQ, close to his AC.
His NEPTUNE-SUN combo is on the LI-SCO cusp – the ‘Tipping Point’ / ‘Alchemy Point‘, where:

On the LIBRA side, it’s about the art of relating harmoniously, and in synergistic balance of giving and receiving. B.G. has the go-getter / Warrior Archetype MARS in LIBRA where it isn’t per se ‘happy’ (in ‘exile’). MARS-MERCURY in LIBRA can be very passionate or adamant when talking / arguing / convincing / persuading others to do or agree to what he wants, an aggressive negotiator, think a lot about strategies, be by default in the head (also since MERCURY rules his South Node in GEM), and in the ego (MARS). MARS exactly opposes his MOON-ERIS in ARIES, ruled by MARS (see above). His competitive, innovation, newness oriented needs are verbally asserted – creating discord and strive.
These LIBRA themes are put into the scales of Justice, and primed for shadow transformation, in SCO, via NEPTUNE (surrendering), the SUN (shedding the light of consciousness onto them), VENUS (meeting the dark side with pure love), and SATURN (being committed to do shadow work). Well, that’s the idea/ unsolicited prescription to B.G.
On the SCORPIO side it’s about depth, intimacy, magic, transformation. B.G.’s VENUS isn’t in a joyful place in SCO either (in ‘exile’ from her yummy Taurean garden). VENUS-SATURN in SCO can manifest as challenges / frustrations in intimacy and relationships, an obnoxious / nasty controlling nature – or attracted to control freaks, the underworld, sado-masochistic tendencies, attracting through control, shutting down relationships when he gets triggered, a fascination / liaison with death, and ‘until death do us part’ commitments. Attraction to transformation / control, meeting and the shadow with love, depth psychology.
With NEPTUNE-SUN in the centre of the ‘Planetary Party’ in LI & SCO as apex (outlet)of the T-square from URANUS and CHIRON (likely exactly on the AC-DC encounter axis)… …the strategy theme can also have to do with encountering other people with the power to transform – via their celebrity status (LEO) or via their position in systems, science, technology (AQ).
I’m the king, says LEO. We’re collaborating / we’re organized, says AQ. Strategies can be negotiated, based on what Bill himself comes up with and wants to experiment with (URANUS in LEO), and on group coordination (CHIRON in AQ). Choices are made that lead to change – even if it’s destructive / self destructive (SCO), ideally positively transformational.
The Transit of URANUS now in TAU(2019 – 2026) is linking into B.G.’s T-square
…by filling the ‘missing leg’ for a grand fixed cross (a challenging, super-charged constellation).
The URANUS transit (prob. one of the most important planetary activations in his life, also since he was born with URANUS Rising) starts out from in his 10th House of the Public / his Purpose, and will enter his 11th House (ruled by AQ / URANUS) of Society, Group Consciousness, Humanity, in 1-2 years.

A yearly sacred Spring Festival – which shows the stark contrast of Light and Darkness, Beauty & Joy and Pain & Suffering, as well as the conundrum of attachment (to wanting what’s desirable and to rejecting what’s painful) – that the Buddha emphasized. This one even also comes with a fixed T-square (from the Full Moon axis to SATURN in AQ). Attachment IS suffering. Nothing is static, everything is impermanent. The Mercurial Inner Messenger / Communicator / Mind Archetype is about to settle in TAURUS on Apr 19, until May 3. For 2 weeks only (since the Messenger is quite swift now – and always fastest between retro phases)!
Quick review: What a vocal, assertive, controversial, and accelerated phase it’s been, with MERCURY in ARIES since Apr 3 – while MARS (Ruler of ARIES) has been in GEM (until Apr 23 still) – ruled by MERCURY. A ‘double whammy’ / ‘mutual reception’ between Messenger & Warrior Archetype – bringing fierce & fiery communication, provocative news & info, loud, aggressive voices & verbal fights into the cosmo-sphere. Yet also a time to find our voice, and speak up, authentically.
Ready to mentally settle, integrate, and ground it out? Well, that’s what TAURUS offers – usually.
Buuut, MERCURY will pass unpredictable and not-at-all settled URANUS first – on Apr 23, before squaring SATURN in AQ on Apr 25. Not quite the walk in the park kinda vibe.
Plus, as mentioned, even though MERCURY is in slooow TAURUS it’s moving quite fast now, AND will have its connection with the SUN on Apr 18, aka Superior Conjunction, at the very end of ARIES, on the ‘Settling Point’ cusp to TAU. The SC is the point furthest away from Mercury retro / right between retro phases.
Some paradoxes right there… for the mercurial Messenger-Alchemist to reconcile…
TAU is grounded, slow, sensual, embodied, communicates and learns through all the senses, and not just via the brain.
Don’t chew on things too much with your mind. Ask the body!
Smell the grass, the Spring, the Roses. Be in the Camas fields if you’re in Victoria.Good Medicine for the otherwise too overrated and busy brain!

Patience is a good TAU virtue too, and can allow to relax and slow down the pace… Which many of us have been already doing – for ONE YEAR, given the isolation / shut down mode.
Others have been balancing / compensating under MERCURY in MARS ruled ARIES with fast-shooting & controversial if not confrontational mental action / output.
TAURUS is a fixed energy that can settle into or get stuck in what it considers enjoyable, comfortable, or simply habitual.
MERCURY in TAU can become stubborn and insist on sticking to one’s mind-set, yet also bring us back to embodied common (nowadays un-common) sense. I’m all for the latter.
Together with the Awakener URANUS now in TAU, met by MERCURY on Apr 23, the Buddhist wisdom teachings 101re: attachments are very apropos (and a good call for TAURUS anyway). And likely coming up big time with the SCO – TAU Full Moon / Wesak Moon aka Full Moon of the Buddha, on Apr 26.
First step is to acknowledge our attachment to getting what we want, or to being stuck with what we don’t want, and to realize that it is the attachment that causes the suffering, not the ‘thing’ in itself.
How can we release / free ourselves from attachment? The realization of how it all works is already a huge freedom catalyst – for me anyway. Basically noticing: Hey, I’m doing this to myself. It’s not the situation, it’s what my mind makes out of it that causes the frustration.
Also, a key piece is to embrace impermanence. No pain, problem, discomfort lasts forever. No pleasure and enjoyment either. So let’s not get so worked up and graspy or resistant, and relax in the ‘storm’. Which naturally allows for the liberating process to go where it needs to go.
We can turn to and feed ourselves with what we truly value and enjoy (TAU) without compulsion, attachment, or other fixations.
LILITH is now in TAU (Oct 21, 2020 – July 18, 2021) – Wild & thriving in Nature… and in our True Nature. LILITH will be activated by MERCURY on Apr 29 – giving our wild, free, unconditioned Nature a voice.

What could alignment with MERCURY in TAURUS look like?
Sloooowing down, tuning into the Body and our Senses.
Asking ourselves: Where do I physically belong, and need to ground myself?
Maybe we need to take ourselves to magical spots. And of course, magic implies surprises and can’t be planned.
Letting go of being attached to and stuck in (TAU low vibe) mental (MERCURY) patterns, habits (TAU), gravitations, ruts. In fact, let’s get un-stuck. Very timely now.
Buying less, enjoying more. Great opportunity / state of affairs in the present lock-down.
The mind habitually attaches itself randomly to things that we have an affinity to, desire for, aversion against, and presents them as interesting / desirable to engage in (almost like a shop keeper presenting his window display) – very Taurean. Our habit is to give in, and engage mentally with those ‘offers’. Our job and in fact freedom is ‘just’ not to buy it.
Let’s tune into what brings us true intrinsic joy (not derived from ‘getting’ and consuming more on the outer level).
Let’s re-connect with what we truly value.

SPRING is already in full bloom here on the Pacific NW, as VENUS enters TAU on April 14! VENUS is a tad ‘early’ this year… since ‘she’ is ‘ahead’ of the SUN in the Zodiac (TAU season starts on Apr 19).
Ahhhh – VENUS in her home domain of TAURUS!
VENUS’s entry into TAU comes as a sighhh of relief.

Esp after the intense squares from VENUS in ARIES with PLUTO in CAP (on Apr 11 – day of the oh-so ARIES NM).
Which could have evoked stressful conflicts between what’s old, established, traditional that’s working – yet changing its form while its soul is – hopefully! – carried over, and the draw to what’s new and fresh and alive NOW.
And an attraction to be in fiercely self-loving authenticity (VENUS in AR) and show up for oneself for / in this acute situation – and face powers-in-charge. Reminds me of the Fearless Girl who temporarily (2017 – 18) showed up facing the Wall St. Bull.
VENUS, at the end of ARIES during the ARIES New Moon, approached the cusp to TAU which I call ‘Settling Point’ – a.k.a. ‘Stand Your Ground’ energy. No wonder, if fiercely showing up and resistance to Powers-that-be (no more) has come up for you.
Rather than getting sucked into the ‘Old Empire’ and its Power Game modus though, did you let the Inner CAP Sage and the Fierce ARIES Feminine join forces, to show where the Evolution goes, and lead on with Love?
Money / value / self esteem / relationship issues? Could have easily been ‘on the plate’ recently too. The build-up to VENUS square PLUTO in CAP (ruled by SATURN – now in AQ) has shown: After all those experiences about old Power structures & systems, blockages, obstacles, and control of / restrictions for Humanity, it’s Time to lead on with fierce Love, starting with Self Love.
The ‘Old Empire Expires’. Yes, old societal structures, esp. hierarchical, controlling ones are changing while still trying to exert their power extra strongly & extremely (PLUTO). Yet, they’re outdated and coming to an end. As we’re called to no more buy into fear based externalized authority but own our intrinsic authority – together (SATURN in AQ), as we see the bigger picture and context of what’s going on in those systems, and outgrow them (JUPITER in AQ).
We’re not being defined / confined by these ‘old matrixes’ with their ‘shoulds’, expectations, obligations, rules, restrictions, judgment, ‘do it the hard way’ to get approval & ‘love’. We show up with fierce intrinsic Love that starts from the inside-out (VENUS in ARIES). Life is NOW, and we’re not into a repeat of his-story. Time to step forward, with Love!

Spring is here – and Nature is freshly-fiercely alive! What a Teaching Medicine, showing us how to regenerate and renew, after the cold and dark. Nature is always in organic alignment with solunar / cosmic cycles, and resilient through adaptation. So much to learn from Her, and integrate into our lives! OH – and nowadays it’s SO obvious that Nature is free from the calamity in human-to-human / human-to / in-society (AQ) interaction. How freeing to be in full NOW presence in Nature (URANUS in TAU) – highly recommended for daily grounding, regeneration,and overall sanity!
What a fierce time it’s been for Humanity – for a whole YEAR! Pretty much since the early ARIES / Spring Equinox New Moon on March 24, 2020 – which came with LILITH & CHIRON – the beginning of a wild new world of Medicine – and of finding our intrinsic, authentic Medicine.
Hope you haven’t found yourself in emergency / chaotic survival mode (one of the low vibrations of the PISCES – ARIES cusp: “Am I making it, or am I going under?”). But blessed to be well, ready to let something new and alive emerge, and get activated – just as Nature does, on-goingly, especially NOW.

As mentioned, last year was a super rare CHIRON & LILITH Equinox New Moon! The health emergency was spreading like wildfire (CHIRON / LILITH in early ARIES).
This year’s first New Moon of Spring(!) – initiating the astrological cycle – is the super rare & super boosted ARIES New Moon of April 11, with CHIRON, MERCURY on one side, and VENUS on the other, all clustered aroundthe SUN & MOON – see chart below.
Still, one year later / at the present stage of evolution, and with the experience of a whole ‘viral year’ it’s super important for us not to get infected by the overall primal survival mode responses / reactions (ARIES phenomenon – fight or flight mode), influenza’d by the media bombardment (MARS – ruling Planet of ARIES – is now in GEM – while MERCURY – ruling Planet of GEM – is now in ARIES, a double whammy) – which weakens our own immune system and doesn’t help anybody.
What would be another, helpful vibration this oh-so fierce overall energy can be channeled into / expressed as?
MARS in GEM just squared NEPTUNE in PISCES today Apr 9 (their square alignment only comes once a year). A conflict between the Warrior of Debate, and Being with What-IS? Between our ego and our transcendent Higher Self?
Have you been feeling deflated, disappointed, paralyzed, going nowhere…? In communication, info intake and thinking, do you experience overwhelm, escapism, addiction, a sense of being victimized? Or passive-aggressive tendencies? Rather than just giving in or giving up, notice what’s going on when this ‘happens’. Spiritually, the energy supports inquiring into the Oneness of ALL.

We can learn so much from the Medicine of Nature, and from the Return of Love – when we’re IN it, witnessing and being blessed by the re-Emergence (ARIES) of Love & Life! What a resilience to show up again, after the cold & bleak of THAT Winter! And a whole interconnected (AQ) natural system / network comes alive now.
Reminding us of our own vital existence (ARIES), and our connectedness in the Web of Life (AQ – PISCES). Such a good Medicine, bringing Healing on all levels, always, and esp. in times like these.
And it doesn’t have to be wilderness, can be a deep connection with a tree or other plant, its life force and spirit. Even with our house / balcony plants.
I’ve found it SO helpful for body, mind, heart, and spirit, to be a lot in Nature over the last year – in immense gratitude for her gifts. Let’s take her Loving Medicine (CHIRON –VENUS) – showing how it does start with fierce Self Love (ARIES). And show up with the fresh & vibrant Spirit of Spring!
