The season of TAURUS (since Apr 19) is here – and all is fresh and green, and in bright bloom!
At BELTANE, the mid-Spring Celtic festival on April 30 / May 1, we celebrate fertility & fecundity of Nature!
Central TAURUS begins with Beltane – double TAURUS!
All about sensuality, Nature, the Earth, our Earth Body, and: Values.
This year, Beltane is ‘sandwiched’ between the SCO – TAU Full Moon / Astrological Wesak Moon (Apr 23) – Dive Deeply & Find Freedom and the Very TAU NM on May 7.
The waning Half-Moon will be in AQ on Beltane – beautiful energy for group ceremonies – which may focus on releasing attachments, while celebrating JOY.
Plus, PLUTO in early AQ is currently stationary and turns from direct to retro – on May 2!
This is to a truly potent Beltane season!

“Beltane is a Fire Festival.
The word ‘Beltane’ originates from the Celtic God ‘Bel’, meaning ‘the bright one’ and the Gaelic word ‘teine’ meaning fire.
Together they make ‘Bright Fire’, or ‘Goodly Fire’ and traditionally bonfires were lit to honour the Sun, to encourage the support of Bel and the Sun’s light to nurture the emerging future harvest and protect the community.”
Beltane is the time when the Green Man appears, Nature blossoms in full Spring, and when May Pole dances weave the masculine and feminine energies together.
Jumping over the Beltane bonfires kindles passion and fertility, while the Beltane ashes have protective powers.
Brings back memories of May Pole dancing / weaving, and Beltane Fire jumping at the Corunum Yurt outside of Victoria, and May Pole dances in my native Bavaria.
Precious Traditions in Community… based in Nature Spirituality.
May we preserve traditions, despite the viral virtuality!
